Ruth brings her energy and love for dance to every Barre class! Ruth found Barre when she was looking to strengthen her leg after an ACL injury from a skiing accident, and has loved it ever since!
Ruth has 10 years of dance training in styles including ballet, jazz, acrobatics, tap, and modern dance. In addition, she is a committed student of yoga, and has strong anatomy and physiology knowledge, as she is also an experienced Registered Nurse currently working in emergency services.
